About

Whitsunday Baptist Church is a Christ centered church located in the Airlie Beach area.  Our major focus is building our faith in Jesus and making lifelong friendships because we have a heart for the people of the Whitsundays.

As such, we are a ‘great place to visit’, while you are on holidays, but for locals we are an enthusiastic spiritual family and a ‘great place to belong‘.

Come and say G’day!

FAQ

What do we preach?

We preach the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, His Salvation through Him alone and His coming again!

Will I be expected to do anything?

You don’t have to do anything when you attend church. You can get involved as much as you like, but if you want to just sit and observe, you’re welcome to do that too. There are no rules about how you participate.

Can anyone attend?

Absolutely, everyone is welcome!

What does it cost to go to Church?

Nothing. While we do give money, this is voluntary, and not a requirement for attendance. Giving is all about expressing worship to God and having money to do things for others.
